Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece at Travya is made with care, precision, and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We currently offer exchanges only — not returns for refund — except in the case of defective or wrong items.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The item was not customized or made to order.
The request is made within the eligible timeframe through our customer support.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:
Custom-sized or personalized pieces
Sale or discounted products
Accessories, jewelry, or innerwear (if applicable)
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
Email us at support@travya.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8291359775 with your order number and reason for exchange.
Our team will verify your request within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the item back to our warehouse.
Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back safely. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.
4. Exchange Process
Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will process your exchange.
If the requested size or style is available, your new product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the same value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
6. Shipping Costs
The cost of sending the product back for exchange will be borne by the customer.
In cases of defective or wrong deliveries, Travya will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.
7. International Orders
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
8. Important Notes
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the returned item fails our quality check.
Store credits cannot be converted into cash or refunded to the original payment method.
